("HostMyClaw," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the HostMyClaw platform, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage-based charges (for All-Inclusive plans) are billed monthly in arrears.
Free trials are subject to fair use. We reserve the right to terminate trials that abuse our service.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by HostMyClaw and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without permission.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (agent configurations, prompts, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and process this content as needed to provide the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
For paid plans, we commit to the following uptime guarantees:

Uptime is calculated monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance) and issues caused by factors outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HostMyClaw and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, we may delete your data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@hostmyclaw.com to attempt informal resolution.
Any disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or collective arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
